Our classes consist of cardio, HIIT, Strength training, and everything else in between.
Everyone starts with a free assessment.
The goal of the assessment is to discuss your goals, review your injury & exercise history, coach you through a mini workout, & prescribe a plan to help you flourish.
We provide 1-on-1 training classes before you start taking classes.
We do not believe in just throwing people into Group Classes without first determining the appropriate weights and modifications needed.
